At the First Congregational Church of Haworth, we intentionally practice the radical and inclusive welcome of Jesus of Nazareth: we don't exclude anyone in our faith community.

We find that many people expect church to be a place of judgment, demanding criteria, predetermined doctrine or dogma that must be met for one to be accepted.

That's not how we believe, and it's not how we behave.

Each person is a beloved child of God, and therefore deserving of the compassion, mercy, grace, and love of God! We welcome and support every person who is seeking to life a life based in kindness and holiness. We believe that each person is on their own personal, sacred journey with God. And we want to walk with you on your faith journey, accompanying and standing by you.
